Lithuanian Maritime Academy External performance evaluation
 
A smooth sea never made a skillful mariner!
 
On-line visit of the Centre for Quality Assessment in Higher Education (SKVC) to the Lithuanian Maritime Academy will be organized on 25-27 May. A group of experts formed by SKVC will evaluate the activities of the Lithuanian Maritime Academy.
International external performance evaluation is one of the most important in ensuring the continuity of the Academy.
The purpose of the external evaluation is to determine the quality of the higher education institution's activities, to create preconditions for the improvement of the higher education institution's activities, to promote its quality culture, to inform the founders, the academic community and the public about the quality of the higher education institution's activities.
The evaluation will be attended by 68 members of the Academy community in 14 different groups - students and graduates, lecturers and instructors, administrative staff, social partners from Lithuania and abroad.
