EACH STUDENT HAS THE RIGHT TO UTILISE THE OPPORTUNITIES OFFERED BY THE PROGRAM FOR A PERIOD OF NO LONGER THAN 12 MONTHS DURING EACH CYCLE OF STUDIES. THIS PERIOD IS TOTAL FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF ALL TYPES OF MOBILITY (STUDIES, INTERNSHIP).

The implementation of Erasmus+ mobility at LMA is coordinated by the International Relations Department. The selection is carried out in accordance with the selection criteria and competition procedure approved by LMA (21 February 2023, No. V-30) and LMA’s strategy of internationality (31 May 2022, No. V-81).

Students who cannot participate in long-term physical mobility activities for study or practice purposes can combine a shorter period of physical mobility with a virtual activity component. The duration of short-term student mobility is 5-30 days.

In celebration of the Erasmus+ days in 2022, a calculator for calculating the amount of the grant – Erasmus+ Grant Simulator – was presented. ESN (Erasmus Student Network) is pleased to publicly announce a student-oriented website, an important initiative aimed at improving peer-to-peer information on student mobility, connecting services useful to students, and increasing civic engagement and social impact assessment during academic exchange.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR SELECTION

1. Application – application to participate in the competition, justifying the motivation;

2. Recommendation from the head of the study programme;

3. Additional documents (recommendations, additionally attended courses, copies of certificates, etc.).

The students, after winning the competition, apply to the International Relations Department (room 207) on the specified day, where further actions are explained to them.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR STUDIES ABROAD AFTER SELECTION AT LMA

1. Application (received from the host institution);

2. Study Agreement (Learning Agreement for Studies);

3. Financial agreement for studies;

4. Visa (if going to non-EU countries).

STUDENT REPORTING AFTER THE PERIOD OF ERASMUS+ STUDIES

A student returning from a foreign institution must submit the following to the Erasmus+ program coordinator within 2 weeks: a document confirming the period of studies abroad (certificate on the letterhead of the host institution with the signature of the office of the host institution, confirming the purpose and duration of studies); prepare a presentation, and a report for the next Erasmus+ program event for LMA students.

At the end of the period of study abroad, the host institution must provide the student with an LMA certificate confirming the mobility period (duration), completion of the agreed programme, and issue an academic certificate confirming the study results.

LMA fully recognizes the activities included in the study/internship agreement completed in an acceptable manner during the Erasmus+ mobility period. Study results are recognized based on the European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System (ECTS).

If students receiving an Erasmus+ scholarship did not comply with the terms of the scholarship agreement, they must repay part or all of the scholarship (unless they were unable to complete their planned activities abroad due to circumstances of force majeure).

The student must complete and submit the final digital report. LMA may demand the return of part or all of the scholarship received from students who have failed to submit a report. The scholarship is not required to be returned if the student could not complete the planned activities abroad due to circumstances of force majeure. The student must report such cases to the LMA Erasmus+ program coordinator immediately.
